The TOCFL is the only Mandarin language test officially recognised in Taiwan and is a mandatory requirement for entry to Chinese-taught programmes covered by the MOE Taiwan Scholarship.
It is also mandatory to sit TOCFL BAND B if awarded a 9-month Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES).
The test (reading & listening elements) is generally held in central London each March.
