Document Authentication
1. Requirements:
l Application form (applicant must sign on the form)

l Original documents or copies need to be authenticated, should be certified by the local Government or the authorized institutions.
(If the certified document isn’t in English, please provide English translation)
l Applicants are required to present their photo IDs.
2. Administrative procedures:
l When applying for document authentication, applicants must prepare required documents and the authentication fee.
l Please note that the Embassy only authenticates signatures, official seals or stamps appearing on the document. The Embassy doesn’t certify the content of the document is accurate.
3. Duration of the procedures: 5 to 7 working days
4. Office hour: Monday to Friday, 09:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00.
5. Authentication fee: 15 US dollar for each authentication of the document

Power of Attorney
1. Requirements:
l Application form (applicant must sign on the form in front of the consular officer)

l Personal ID: Applicants are required to bring their valid passport or photo IDs.
l Letter of Authorization: If an agent applies for Power of Attorney on behalf of the applicant, (1) the agent should present a letter of authorization of the applicant, which has been notarized by NOTARY PUBLIC or other authorized institutes and indicates that the agent is duly authorized by the applicant to submit the application to the Embassy; and (2) the agent should present a valid photo ID for recognition.

l Applicants must prepare required documents and the application fee.
3. Duration of the procedures: 5 to 7 working days
