In order to guarantee the safe return of your documents during shipment, please review the details below:
Apply in Canada:
Please include a PRE-PAID envelope obtained from Canada Post that has tracking and displays your return address OR a pre-paid domestic courier return label (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) in your application package.
Apply from outside Canada:
Please include a PRE-PAID international courier return label (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) in your application package.
IMPORTANT:
For privacy reasons, all applicants are advised to keep their tracking numbers after submitting their application. Our office is NOT responsible for providing any information regarding your returning envelope via telephone or email inquiries and cannot address any errors related to the return address made by the applicant.
