Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Seattle Consular Affairs Services Update:
- Starting Tuesday, 3/16/2021, TECO in Seattle will open up for the over-the-counter services of the Consular Affairs with the prior-making-email-appointment between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, Mondays through Fridays. In complying with the Covid-19 epidemic prevention for securing safety, we will be in control of number of people showing up at our counter, so please make appointment two working days ahead of time through our office email: infoseattle@mofa.gov.tw and state your purposes of appointment and quantity of your intended items, and you must provide us with your Chinese (and/or English) name and contact phone number, so we may ensure all required document and criteria are met beforehand.
- In complying with the Covid-19 epidemic prevention policies of the State of Washington as well as the One Union Square building related policies, TECO in Seattle will be in control of number of people showing up at our counter and check your personal IDs to match names on the appointments. If you show up without an appointment, you will be asked to leave.
- In order to secure safety and avoid the risk of transmitting the Covid-19 viruses from the crowd, we highly recommend choosing the mail-in application method be your priority. If you show any fever, coughing or possible Covid-19 related symptoms, please stay home.
