1. For Type B captioned documents, you must register them personally or you may authorize your relatives or friends in Taiwan to lodge an applicaiton from your residing household registration bureau in Taiwan to make them offical, after these documents were autenticated and translated by TECO Seattle.

(1) Overseas born children, under age of 20, apply for permenant residece in Taiwan;
(2) Death certificate issued by the Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming state government agencies;
(3) Taiwan National Identity Card;
(4) Certificate of child claimation, adoption or termination of child adoption issued by the Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming state government.
