Taiwan Tourism Bureau is offering special travel packages made for fans of ABC’s primetime hit reality series The Bachelorette to relive Ashley Hebert’s romantic adventures in Taiwan scheduled to air on July 11, 2011. These packages will give fans the opportunity to revisit exotic places made memorable by Ashley and her dates.
Taiwan Tourism Bureau worked with The Bachelorette cast and crewmembers to host the July 11 episode. The episode will start with Ashley and her date on a train from Taipei to the spectacular and magical place, Ping-Shi, which is famous for its sky lantern festival marking the Lunar New Year celebration when hundreds of the balloon-shaped lanterns, carrying people’s wishes, are released into the sky. And for this episode, Ashley and her date will make their wishes and see their special lanterns rise into the sky.
Following the romantic trip in Ping-Shi, Ashley and her date will travel from Taipei to Taroko and spend one day riding scooters in the remote mountain area of Taiwan. To Ashley, this will be the perfect romantic retreat for singles like her searching for their true soul mate.
After two days of outdoor activity, it is time to experience the world’s most stylish wedding photography. The special wedding photograph shoot will be arranged to fulfill the dream of the future bride. From the selection of the wedding gown to all other accessories, the once in a lifetime experience of a Taiwanese wedding photo shoot will be shown in this episode. In addition, the luxury hotel, The Regent Taipei (www.//regenthotels.com), will host the after-party with luxurious hospitality and impeccable service for the couple to relax and exchange conversation in the beautiful evening setting.
Waking up the next morning in the romantic Taipei city, one of the suitors joins Ashley at nearby locations such as Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall with it’s stunning Chinese landscape, and the Long Shan Temple for a cultural excursion.
The almost-identical itinerary to Ashley Hebert’s love adventure in Tawian will be available through Super Value Tours, Inc (http://www.supervaluetours.com/) this July.
The special July 11 episode of The Bachelorette was proudly supported by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau and Government Information Office, R.O.C.(Taiwan). “Taiwan is a fresh and enchanting destination to celebrate a new life together,” said Trust Lin, Director of Taiwan Tourism Bureau. “From the stunning ocean views, and relaxing couple’s spa and massage, to the Michelin-rated food and restaurants, the island is full of romantic surprises for all newly-wedded couples.”
In addition to experiencing the “formosa island” of Taiwan with Ashley on her memorable dates, fans of the show can also win a trip for two to live out their own romantic adventures in Taiwan, which is celebrating its 100 year anniversary through next year.
