Congressman Greg Stanton (D-AZ) wished all Taiwanese in Arizona a happy Lunar New Year, and recognized Director General Louis M. Huang of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Los Angeles (TECO-LA) for his leadership in strengthening the Taiwan-U.S. relationship during his tenure.
Congressman Stanton mentioned that the past year brought great challenges to all of us, but the upcoming new year will bring us renewed hope and the opportunity to look towards the future. Congressman Stanton appreciated the invaluable Taiwanese business community in Phoenix and wished all those celebrating in Arizona prosperity and good health in the “Year of the Ox.”
