2022 Springfield Taiwan Day with Flag Raising Ceremony

TECO-Boston and City of Springfield co-hosted again the 2022 Springfield Taiwan Day with Flag Raising Ceremony on October 22. Over 200 people attended. There were wonderful cultural performances, arts & crafts tables, Taiwanese foods and Bubble tea.
During opening remarks, Springfield City Mayor Domenic Sarno thanked Taiwan for donating over 10,000 surgical masks to Springfield at the height of the COVID19 crises, and reaffirmed the city's longstanding support for Taiwan. Director-General Sun noted that Taiwan is a beautiful country with great people, delicious foods, and diverse culture. By bringing Taiwan to Springfield, we hope to help people learn more about Taiwan.
