Ambassador Alexander Yui Attends SATELLITE 2026 --Taiwan Space Pavilion showcases Taiwan's strength in space industry

Ambassador Alexander Yui attended the SATELLITE 2026 Conference and Exhibition in Washington, D.C., on March 24, and joined the opening of the Taiwan Space Pavilion, engaging with industry representatives and noting the steady growth of Taiwan’s space sector.
This year’s Taiwan Space Pavilion showcases innovative technologies from Taiwanese companies and research institutions across satellite communications, key components, ground systems, and space applications, highlighting Taiwan’s growing capabilities across the space industry supply chain.
In his remarks, Ambassador Yui noted that Earlier at the Hill and Valley Forum, participants highlighted Taiwan’s strengths in speed, quality, and technological capabilities, noting that it has become a key partner for the United States in advancing its AI strategy and supply chain development. In addition, the Taiwan and American Space Assistance Act (TASA Act) has advanced through the committee markup process in both the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives, which will help jointly advance a trusted and resilient technology ecosystem and the development of the space industry.
