Dr.Henry Lin(left) of the New Taipei City Burn Rehabilitation Center and Prof. Stephen Milner(right) of the Johns Hopkins Burn Center signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on clinical and academic collaboration between the two burn centers at the Twin Oaks Estate on April 30, 2016. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Representative Lyushun Shen(center) of Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States.
