The first conference of the International Environmental Partnership was held at the Ronald Reagan Building’s Hemisphere Room on August 10, 2015. Nearly 100 participants from 12 countries attended this conference. R.O.C. (Taiwan) Environmental Protection Administration Minister Kuo-Yen Wei (far left of the first right table), Representative Lyushun Shen (2nd from the left of the first right table), Ambassador Roman Macaya of Costa Rica, Mr. Mark Kasman of the US EPA, Mr. Francis Ruzicka of the American Institute in Taiwan (Washington office) were invited to participate in this conference.
