On behalf Taiwan, Representative Hsieh (left) signed a contribution agreement of €500,000 with EBRD’s Managing Director for Impact and Partnerships Ines Rocha (right) on April 28th to help Ukraine’s state-run postal institution and a logistics company restore their cross-border transport systems and deliver international humanitarian supplies to Ukraine.
