The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines will suspend temporarily its consular services and the Cultural Center in Binondo will be closed until April 13, 2020.

The Government of the Philippines declared on March 16, 2020 the guidelines on the imposition Enhanced Community Quarantine and the Stringent Social Distancing Measures over the entire Luzon effective 00:00 (12 a.m.) of March 17, 2020 and expiring on 00:00 (12 a.m.) of April 13, 2020 to contain the spread of COVID-19. Accordingly, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines will suspend temporarily its consular services and the Cultural Center in Binondo will be closed until April 13, 2020.
Please be noted that outbound passengers intending to depart the Philippines from any of the international airports in Luzon shall be allowed to travel until 12 a.m. of March 20, 2020. (*Lifted on March 18, 2020)
