On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Amb. Peiyung Hsu of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines together with President Simon Su of the Taiwanese Compatriot Association in the Philippines donated five oxygen concentrators and 100,000 pieces of medical masks to the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority to fight against COVID-19 pandemic.
