On April 10th, Ambassador Steve Hsia and Mrs. Hsia presented a special certificate to the specialist Dr. Ming-Yao Chen from Taiwan’s Shuang-Ho Hospital, in recognition of his professional expertise and contributions during his medical mission at Majuro Hospital in the Marshall Islands.
Additionally, the Taiwan Health Center, on behalf of the Shuang-Ho Hospital, donated a batch of endoscopic therapy instruments to the Majuro Hospital. This donation will enhance the effectiveness of the treatment for related diseases and provide more comprehensive diagnoses for patients.
The Embassy thanks Dr. Ming-Yao Chen and the Shuang-Ho Hospital for their dedication to international medical services, which further promotes friendship and mutual trust between Taiwan and the Marshall Islands and benefits more people.
