TECC welcomed the Jullay Volunteer Group from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University

Ambassador Dr. Mumin Chen welcomed the Jullay Volunteer Group from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, who shared their experiences and reflections from this summer's volunteer service in Ladakh.

Despite the challenges of Ladakh's high altitude and cultural differences, the students turned classroom knowledge into meaningful action, supporting local students while gaining invaluable life experiences.

For the past 15 years, the Jullay team has remained committed to serving communities in Ladakh, demonstrating the power of people-to-people diplomacy. We thank all the volunteers for their dedication and wish them continued success in carrying forward the spirit of service and global citizenship.

We look forward to even closer Taiwan–India ties, fostering stronger friendships and deeper cooperation between our two peoples.
