Counselor Hwang attended the orientation ceremony for the “Certification in English as a Second Language” (CESL) program 2025 (2025/01/13)

Counselor Jiun-Shen Hwang was very pleased to meet with 5 Taiwanese students at the orientation ceremony for the “Certification in English as a Second Language” (CESL) program 2025, held by Regional language Center at the University of Belize on January 13, 2025.

Thanks to the scholarship offered by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology of Belize, these five Taiwanese youth are excited to enroll in CESL program 2025 to perfect their language skill, embrace the diverse culture of Belize, and connect with Belizean and international students in the region.

The Embassy wishes the students a fruitful and enjoyable study in Belize!
