On July 9, Ambassador Lily Li-Wen Hsu had the pleasure to attend the Opening Ceremony of “Support for Micro and Small Business Operations - Closing the Gap” program implemented by Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), under the Taiwan-Belize Women’s Empowerment Project.
The Embassy extends appreciation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Belize, the BCCI and the Taiwan Technical Mission for their collaboration in this important project to identify the specific barriers hindering women entrepreneurs and develop concrete action plan to close the gap and create a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in Belize.
