The Embassy in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Belize, the Heritage Education Network Belize (HENB) and the TaiwanICDF, hosted a virtual Digital Literacy Training for women-led businesses, cooperatives and organizations in the Cultural and Creative Industry in January, 2022.
Many outstanding representatives from the women issues related groups all over Belize participated in this meaningful training program to learn new knowledge and skills of technology including photography, videography and social media marketing, which can help promote their business and enhance their popularity in market.
To mark the successful completion of this training, HENB held a closing ceremony and invited all beneficiaries to showcase their designs and products in Belize City on January 28, 2022. The Embassy was more than happy to take part in this amazing event and looks forward to seeing participants utilizing what they have learned from the online training to create practical ideas based on the beautiful ??Belizean culture in promoting their business.
